DON’T GO CHASING WATERFALLS

Just Stick to the Rivers and the Lakes That You’re Used To…

I got a call a few minutes ago inviting me to go to a waterfall, to sing and stay overnight in a casita. How exactly does one say no to such a thing?

Against my better judgement, I said yes. We are going into the deep jungle and I’m just getting used to the easy one on the beach. But whatever.

We are going to see extraordinary things, but I have fears. I’m still healing from shoulder surgery and if I fall, it will be a mess. Thankfully, the people with me know of this and thet literally walk me around.

But we only live once. And when you are in a place like this and someone offers you an opportunity that may well be a once-in-a-lifetime one, you take it. So off we go. Welcome to the Jungle. You know where you are?

Im making it all sound a lot more dramatic than it really is. Everything I have experienced here has been simple, and I’ve no reason to doubt that will change. I am a tiny bit uneasy about this little trip, but I know that the people around me have eyes on me. All will be good.

I cant wait to share photos with you. Wish me well!
